Digital Banking Data Analyst

The Digital Banking Data Analyst role is a dynamic role that is involved in reporting and analysis of digital sales and engagement initiatives. This is a business line support function that will consist of front end sizing and strategic analysis and back end performance reporting. You are responsible in providing key insights in understanding customer behaviors and trends related to usage of the online and mobile channels. The analyst should be able to provide key findings and insights as well as the ability to communicate outcomes and recommendations. As the bank continues its investments in these channels, understanding the impacts to customers becomes more critical.

As a Digital Banking Data Analyst, your job functions include:

Job functions

- Support analytic, reporting, and measurement needs of the digital banking channel

- Perform simple to advanced analytics that describe the usage of the digital channels

- Consolidate data from various sources to develop insights about digital customer engagement

- Perform cross-channel analytics that show customer behaviors across channels

- Support forecasting activities for channel effectiveness

- Measure impacts of Capital expenditure projects

- Present data that tells a story. Provide insights and a point of view about findings to Omni channel business partners and leaders.

- Build strong, collaborative relationships with different Omni channel leaders by providing relevant insights and intelligence into data, projections, impacts, risks and what-if analytics.

- Proactively manage and prioritize data related projects.


Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience

- Eight to ten years of experience in project management and leadership activities

- Five or more years of managerial experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

-Strong analytic background

- Mastery of Excel

- Independent thinker and can work with ambiguous data

- Experience with analytic and data visualization tools a plus (SAS, SQL, Site Catalyst, Tableau)

-Strong analytic skills

- Basic understand of reporting and report automation

- Strong communication skills

- Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

- Demonstrated management and leadership skills

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Advanced knowledge of project management

- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
