Also responsible for supporting intraday inventory monitoring and responsiveness, including skilling changes to align resources with appropriate inventory.
Focus includes pre-planning and execution, providing ad hoc and recurring reporting, analysis, and communication. Maintain and execute on the Workforce Vision of "Enabling UnitedHealth Group Operations to become a Competitive Advantage for our company."Primary Responsibilities:Analyze and compile daily reports, validating data accuracy and delivering reports timelyInvestigate data issues, determine root cause and provide resolutionEffectively and timely communicate report issues or delays to operational partnersPartner with operations to determine data needs and requirementsIdentify data sources to enhance, design and develop reportsWork with reporting team to share best practices, process improvements and design ideas.Employ innovation to improve existing processes and reports.Analysis and report generation on an ad hoc basis.
